The committee meets as required to discuss the ongoing financial position of the association, membership, promotion of the allotments, upcoming social activity, items to be raised at Parish Council level as well as current and future project work.

The meetings usually take place at Bosworth Academy on a Thursday evening.

Dates for the meetings can be found on this website and are posted on the notice board on site as well as communicated to members via email.

All plot holders both DAGA members and non-members are welcome to attend the meetings

​

Any issues that you want discussing at the meeting should be brought to the attention of any of the committee members, a list of whom you will find on this website.
